Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items Due to the organic and personal nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the product has been used for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Face soaps and Body soaps
- Shampoos and liquid cleansers
- Natural plant-fiber loofahs
3. Damaged or Faulty Items We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at Desertsilk.ad@hotmail.com or via WhatsApp at 0508699248 with a photo of the damaged item and your order details.
4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
5. Shipping for Returns To return your product, you should contact us for instructions. Please note that original shipping costs (20 AED) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was received damaged.
6. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email or message on our social media platforms (Instagram or TikTok).
